bigU Movies app for iPhone and iPad, Download or Stream HQ Movies [Cydia Tweak]

A new Cydia tweak allows to watch or download high quality movies on , iPod touch and iPad using bigU Movies app. Also gives the TV output.

    BigU Movies brings stream or download thousands of high quality full movies instantly! New content is added very frequently. This app has a user friendly interface with many capabilities, which allows you to find your favorite movies fast and easy. This app will allow you to display your movies on your TV with the new built-in TV-OUT feature! Rename movies, sync your downloaded movies to your computer, and replay your movies all through the My Movies tab. Through this app you also have the ability to even share your movies with any web browser!

    I downloaded a movie and it only played 2.50mins of it which was near the end. Not sure where to find the rest but i gave up.

    First u have to jailbreak . Once u have Cydia loaded just search for the big u on Cydia. After u have the big u you must donate the 20.00 bucks by following the directions after u click on purchase . I set up the alert pay account as instructed then it sent me a link to my email from media hub with my user name and password. After that I just logged in to the big u. It is kinda slow n of course is better to use wi-fi while downloading movies . I down load not stream n yes it isn’t very fast but it’s free and really good quality. Hope this could be of some help

    This app works completely fine for me?

    I have no ties to bigu only have been using them for about 5 months now and saved a ton of money by not having to go to the movies.

    We have movie night at our house now with the tv out feature we watched limitless on our big screen at home and saved 60 bucks if we all would have paid to go to the movies.

    Great app. I suggest you spend the 20 If you are a movie fan.

    I bought the username/password for US$20 from BigU, I use the BigU app to view stream movies and uses Downloader (a itunes app) to download movies for easier downloading. I think BigU is ok, Yes, a bit steep for $20 due to laziness to look for free movies online one by one, but easier to find titles I like that I can actually download, instead of wasting time looking, downloading and testing if I can Actually watch it. I watch 1 or 2 movie during free time (I download it when I’m Busy with office work).

    No…. you dont… just need to download a free browser that are able to download… but to watch on a docking.. you have to transfer the file to a computer then back into ipod on your iphone… movies take about 15 in to download and look “fantastic” on my 42 ” TV

    BigU has to be one of the best apps out there!
     I don’t know what people are talking about that they didn’t get their pass. I was going to catch a flight the next day and emailed the crew at BigU… they were super helpful and emailed me right back and walked me through everything!! All these new flicks… it’s fantastic! The best $20 I’ve spent!
     The movies you can either download ( best use wifi) or stream… I downloaded like 5 movies for the flight and everything worked like a charm.
     So all in all , I’ve got only good things to say about this app and the people running it.

We have name in the USA fir those ppl, their called BUMs. I am very fortunate to live in the USA where I can work for a living and then buy what I want whenever I want. I will honestly say the bigU Movies app from Cydia is absolutely one app you don’t want to miss. I have only used it a short while and I would feel lost without it.

Go install it from Cydia and see for yourself trust me. If you never bought an app in your life then this app is one to make an exception on.

I been looking in my inbox for past 3 days and all this time it was in my spam folder. Anyways I did login and this app seems very user friendly and there are so many movies. It unbelievable. I’m just excited cause I wait 3 days and thought I wasted my money but I didn’t. So yeah, FYI check your spam folder if you don’t see your login in your inbox.

    I just got done watching the movie Drive from the bigU Movies app and it was excellent quality. It almost looked as if it was a dvd rip. I think they call it an r5 quality or something to that nature. It’s top notch and great app.

    I have used some other apps before but nothing like this bigU Movies Cydia app. I’m impressed with the service and professionalism of the bigU support staff.
    I installed the app about a week ago and
    the movies stream smooth on my iPad 2 and they also download really fast. I downloaded 4 movies within 10 mins. I did need some help with stream movies to my Apple TV. So I contacted bigU support by email and less than 3 minutes goes by and I receive an email back with full instructions. So I followed the instructions and next thing I know the movies were streaming to my Apple TV. I have purchased a ton of goods from the internet and I hardly ever receive a quick response like I did with the bigU support staff. Even Apple support staff don’t respond that quick. I have nithing but good things to say about the entire experience with my bigU Movies app I installed from Cydia. 2 Thumbs Up for a 5 star service!

    That happen to me and I found out it’s not a problem with bigU Movies app. I had too many apps running in multitask which used up all my cpu. So I closed all the apps by double tapping the home button and holding the icons at the bottom for 3 sec until they wiggle and closed them. Then I turned my iPhone off and rebooted and went back into the bigU Movies app and everything went really smooth. What I do now is turn my iPhone off once a day now. haven’t had any issues at all anymore. I fucking love bigU Movies app

    The only possible reason is because BigU might not support the firmware you’re using, and that’s probably why it’s crashing again and again. Check the current supported firmware version of BigU on Internet!

    @Cmunce92 It easy to find cause it’s by BigBoss repo so it is automatically on Cydia. I opened Cydia then tapped the Search tab at the bottom of Cydia. Now in search bar type “bigU Movies” and you will see two apps, one for iPhone/iPods and other for iPad. Tap on the bigU Movies app that applies to you and tap install at top right. Anyone can find bigU Movies app on Cydia.

    You don’t need a link. You got to have a jailbroken device then go to Cydia and use the search feature at the bottom of Cydia and search “bigU Movies”. It was simple, I found it within a minute.

    i have had big u for over 1 yr now and just followed the instructions on the email they sent me. i downloaded lots of different movies and when it pops up to save i clicked on where i wanted to save it. for the ones that have saved the movies but are unsure where they are, try clicking on videos. unless you saved it elsewhere. when you finished downloading, click on open folder and it should show you where it went.  my friend told me about this big u and he had it on his iphone but i downloaded the program onto my laptop sence i dont have an iphone. i paid only once and its been ongoing downloads. i get to see everything the theathers have which saves me money. my girls and i enjoy watching and downloading all the movies. the big u has upgraded and has more sections to chose from now. I highly recomend big u to anyone who loves movies. Again, if you paid, they send you an email and you go through that web link.
